Dr. McCarus earned his Medical Degree from the Marshall University School of Medicine in Huntington, West Virginia. His obstetrics/gynecology residency training was received from Greater Baltimore Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. He has since trained several gynecologists and general surgeons on laparoscopic procedures and directs his laparoscopic fellowship program in Orlando, Florida. A board certified gynecologist, Dr. McCarus has published several articles and has preceptored all over the world.
