A multi format wall plate that converts DVI, VGA, S-Video or Composite video signals into raw KARL STORZ NEO IP SDVoE network packets. The NEO IP system is then capable of upscaling any signal input to the 4N1 plate to 4K resolution with imperceptible latency to the end user, which is critical when performing endoscopic surgeries.
