This video provides an introduction to the Image 1® visual enhancement system components and their use in treating cochlear infection. The procedure is performed by Leopold Deive, MD, CEDIMAT, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, using the Image 1® Clara™ and Image 1® Chroma™ modules with a KARL STORZ H3-Z camera head with a Zeiss NC-4 microscope.
