Vaginal Hysteroscopy Setup with the KARL STORZ VITOM® 90 Exoscope

This video demonstrates the setup and use of the VITOM® 90 Exoscope in performing a vaginal hysteroscopy procedure. Rather than being inserted inside the patient’s body, the exoscope is positioned a short distance above the surgical field during open procedure, and is combined with the KARL STORZ IMAGE1 ™ system to offer exceptional image quality. Recorded in a clinical setting, this program outlines use of the exoscope to visualize the surgical field and capture HD video for unobstructed display on OR monitors, highlighting the utility of the system for education and training of residents and students in a range of surgical techniques.
